Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is a safe, proven treatment for thread and spider veins below the knee, often regarded as the gold standard for removing small, unsightly veins. A special solution is gently injected into the affected vessels, causing them to collapse and gradually fade as the body absorbs them.

Most patients see between 50–80% of treated veins disappear after each session. Smaller veins usually improve within 3–6 weeks, while larger ones may take a few months. Results are long-lasting, although new veins can develop over time, and occasional maintenance sessions may be recommended.
